ForenClarity Kali Linux v1.0.0 Build 3

- 60-day local evaluation with persistent trial continuity.
- systemd service with optional desktop control panel.
- Active and historical alert lifecycle, cooldown and evidence merging.
- HTML, JSON and text reports with local timestamps.
- Manifest-based dependency protection during uninstall.
- Clean uninstall closes the control panel and can remove installer files from their actual location.
- Zeek is omitted on Kali Linux 2026.2 because the available external package is ABI-incompatible.

Packaging note:
- Includes Verify_Build_Integrity.sh as the documented integrity-check command.
- Verify_Release_Integrity.sh remains included as a compatible equivalent.

BUILD 3 CORRECTIONS
- Added robust apt/dpkg lock waiting before every package operation.
- Reuses an existing OSQuery repository instead of creating a duplicate source.
- Optional OSQuery failure remains nonfatal and installation continues to the ForenClarity package.
- The supported installation path is Install_ForenClarity_Kali.sh; direct dpkg installation intentionally does not make service/start choices or create the dependency manifest.

BUILD 3 CORRECTION
- PURGE_EVERYTHING now preserves baseline packages and their required dependency closure.
- Added a preflight safety check that refuses dependency cleanup if apt proposes removing rsyslog, ufw, or tcpdump.
- Added SHA256SUMS.txt inside the release folder. One release ZIP is provided.
